Inaugural AMPT Symposium Speakers

Update:  INAUGURAL SYMPOSIUM MATERIALS

The AMPT Center is pleased to share selected research presentations from the Inaugural AMPT Symposium, held August 15-16, 2019, at Rice University.  These files are password-protected; distribution is limited to AMPT Members and industry representatives who attended the Symposium.  For access to materials from this and future AMPT Symposia and other work of the AMPT Center, please become a Member of the Center.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
  • For the Inaugural AMPT Symposium, the scheduled speakers are Rice researchers and collaborators who will present the research capabilities of the AMPT Center.  Future Symposia will include speakers representing AMPT Center Members.
  • The AMPT Symposium technical sessions take place on Thursday, August 15.  While each session has a general thrust, the talks in each session intentionally span disciplinary boundaries, in order to stimulate ideas for research and collaboration.
  • Friday morning August 16 is devoted is to discussion between conference attendees and AMPT faculty for identifying present research gaps and near-term research objectives.

For the specific times of each session, please see the Agenda on the AMPT home page.
